Do you resize the ring if it doesn’t fit?

We do resize rings and we offer a free re-size after you receive your ring as well. For your convenience, we will include a finger sizer in the package with your ring.  Send the ring back to us with the ring sizer at the size you need and we will cover the re-size and the shipping back to you.  Contact us to arrange this and for shipping instructions.

Do you make custom engagement rings?

We make custom engagement rings and other types of jewelry all the time.  Read more about the custom process hereContact us and we will guide you through the process from start to finish. You can also call us at 503-946-8227.

Should I insure my ring?

Yes, we recommend that you insure your ring for replacement value.  Although rare, accidents can happen and if your gem or diamond becomes damaged we can work with your insurance company to find a replacement of equal value.  Many insurance companies don’t require an appraisal to insure diamond jewelry. Typically, they can insure based on the purchase price with an itemized invoice. However, we do offer appraisals on our rings by a GIA certified gemologist that specializes in rustic diamonds. Please contact us for a detailed invoice or to arrange an appraisal.

Can I meet with you in person?
