If an item gets damaged due to an occurrance at the hands of the customer, we would be happy to discuss repairs for a fee.
We accept all major credit cards and also process payments through PayPal or Amazon. We offer financing through Klarna or PayPal credit.
All orders, domestic and international, paid with PayPal must be shipped to the verified address on your account.
We offer free, yes FREE, insured with signature required shipping on all domestic and international orders. You also have the option to upgrade to overnight Fed Ex shipping.
Please note that the delivery times you choose at checkout are only estimates and the actual delivery date is dependent on the carrier, and may vary accordingly. For any questions or for delivery needed on a specific date please contact us. We try our best to get every item of jewelry to our clients in the time they have requested.
Additional time might be necessary for custom clearance so please do plan ahead. Shipping usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. All packages will be fully insured. Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Chinchar/Maloney Fine Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All additional fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Please remember that we provide free international shipping as a way to help with customs costs.
Custom, In Stock and Made to Order Items
When you order an in stock item we ship in 3 – 10 business days depending on if there are any changes such as ring sizing, pave setting, etc. Made to order items are mailed in 7 – 14 business days. Rest assured that you will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of your order. Again, we try our best to get every item of jewelry to our clients in the time they have requested.
A time frame for custom orders will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and depending on the project.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Once your order has been submitted, any cancellations must be made in writing through email, prior to the processing of that order, which is usually within 24 hours. No cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.
We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any item (except items which are final sale) that is in its original condition for store credit only. We do not accept any exchange request over the phone. Please send us an email request within the 5 day time frame.
All special/customized orders (including non-stocked size orders) are final sale.
Any designs that have been re-sized or altered are final sale.
All sale/clearance items are final sale.
The amount of store credit will be minus a percentage for labor on the piece and/ or re-stocking. This is to be determined by piece.
For all exchange requests, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be shipped within 5 days from the date your RA# was issued. If RA requests or returned merchandise for exchange falls outside the above time frames, your return for exchange will not be accepted. Please note that item(s) returned without an RA# will not be accepted. Item(s) will be returned for exchange at your expense.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the store credit will not be granted.

We offer free re-sizing with your order. If you need another re-size after you receive the ring, we're happy to do this. For your convenience, we include a ring sizer in the package with your new ring. Send the ring back to us with the ring sizer at the size you need and we will cover the re-size and the shipping back to you. Contact us to arrange this and for shipping instructions.
We have engravers who we work with and engraving can be arranged for a fee to be determined. Please keep in mind that certain items of jewelry may not be able to be engraved due to design.
Our diamonds and gemstones come from several sources that have provided us with information assuring the ethical and conflict-free origins of the diamonds and gemstones. The metals we use are largely recycled.
We disclose the details and quality of all of our gemstones in an attempt to be as accurate as possible.
We reserve the right to use images of our products, custom or otherwise, for promotional purposes.
