Learn More About Our Vintage-Inspired Gemstone Rings
Most of our gemstones are cut by hand, by us in our studio, from their rough/raw form. Each of our hand-cut sapphires are very unique because we cut the gem by following its unique growth pattern.
Raw or rough gemstones are the form of these gems when they are mined out of the earth. We source these gems in their rough form and then we cut and polish them by hand in our studio for our designs.
Diamond and gem treatments can be unstable, could be masking weak integrity of the gem or can create an overall fraudulent gem. The majority of our gemstones are 100% untreated. Occasionally, we will use a sapphire or ruby that has received heat treatment only.
We get all of our Montana sapphire rough directly from the miners themselves in Montana. Our other rough gemstones are sourced from ethical dealers around the world.

Absolutely. We love to take on custom projects. Contact our team to get started.
For engagement rings, we recommend hard gemstones like diamond, sapphire or ruby, however, we can work with any gemstone that we can source from our trusted gem dealers. Contact us to make your custom gemstone rings.
We offer a free re-size after you receive your gemstone ring. For your convenience, we will include a finger sizer in the package with your ring. Send the ring back to us with the ring sizer at the size you need and we will cover the re-size and the shipping back to you. Contact us to arrange this and for shipping instructions.
Colored gemstones open up a world of choices that diamonds can’t offer. They are a great choice if you’re looking for an alternative to a traditional, diamond engagement ring or if you just aren’t wanting a diamond.
Sapphires and rubies are the strongest gemstones after diamond.
Gemstones have a long and rich history of being used symbolically in rituals or to represent a birthday month. Some people feel they very much benefit from the metaphysical aspects of gemstones.
