“I visited their showroom three times, once to look at a ring that I didn’t end up buying, but the ladies gave me a great quality recommendation about buying a ring from a different vendor. Then I came back to them because the ring I bought from the other vendor was nowhere near as beautiful as Chinchar’s rings. I had to have one of theirs, but then second guessed my purchase and felt terrible and returned the ring and bought another one from their collection. My now fiance loves it and gets compliments on the ring often. Everyone there was so delightful and nice to me even throughout my indecision and nervousness.     "The gorgeously unique pear shadow band is what led me to Chinchar Maloney in the first place. I HAD to have it, but we had to choose an engagement ring first. We had my custom engagement ring made by CM, and I cannot emphasize enough how easy and communicative they were throughout the whole process. We worked collaboratively on the design and I couldn’t be happier. I mentioned I was planning on getting the pear shadow band when I get married, and they made the wax mold to fit my engagement ring ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to send my ring back in to get fitted. Once I was ready for the band, Gary told me they were planning on discontinuing the band so I jumped on the last one quick! They worked so fast. I am ecstatic the set is finally complete. Everyone at Chinchar Maloney has been amazing to work with! They had my ring for a yearly maintenance / cleaning and Gary was kind enough to take picture of a wide range of bands that would go well with my current ring, making the long distant process (I live on the east coast) of narrowing down what additional band I want so easy!   • "I started my engagement ring journey with a negative as I had worked with a DIFFERENT company for a few months and did not have a positive experience...needless to say I was frustrated and unsure if I was going to be able to propose with a ring within 4 months due to a planned upcoming trip that involved a good idea for proposal. I took a chance and reached out to Chinchar, and never looked back for a second! I direct messaged their Instagram and the owner Marian immediately responded with interest and excitement. We then set up a phone call to discuss that afternoon. She spent time finding out more info about my fiancé and learning dislikes/likes (more dislikes than anything my fiancé was very specific and interested in a unique design she created herself that can be described as an asymmetrical halo). I was skeptical about communicating and purchasing such a valuable piece across the country (Oregon -> New Jersey), but working with Marian was nothing but positive, confidence, and excellent customer service throughout. I’m a physical therapist and worked in the resturant industry on the side my whole life, and Marian truly is passionate and excellent at what she does and has established a well operated company. Anyways, long story short, 150 emails ane 2 months later, Marian and the team completed a beautiful masterpiece for my fiancé. What a pleasurable experience. Marian gave me hope and guided me to complete a unique piece. My best friend said yes and can’t stop looking at this ring!   • "Typical that the pictures don’t do it justice... The stone is cut in a manner that makes it very sparkly, I was pleasantly surprised. There is some imperfections within the stone that refract the light slightly and pleasantly in rainbow-like fashion. The craft is noticed when you look past the beauty of the stone. The cuts are nice and straight and the angles are producing clean geometry. The mounting looks strong and welds appear complete and without and defect. Nice smooth transitions from band to mounting fingers. The stone and band will not be parting separate ways"
